Sheds - Custom Built Wooden - All Sizes - 7yrs Exp - On site building in Inverness, Florida For Sale

I am an extremely well established carpenter with an impeccable reputation specializing in all wooden storage sheds sizes 8x8 through 20x60 and all sizes in between, Mostly I do sizes in the 10x12 - 16x32 range. Some of my customers include city managers , the top command of the sheriffs office and local F.B.I. and many other respectable business owners, etc.. I have a very long reference list which will all give me glowing reviews. Everything on my sheds is customizable from paint color, window and door locations, roof pitch, size, shingle color, metal roof color, lofts, workbenches, styles, etc.. I have never had a dissatisfied customer in over 7 years and pride myself in offering the lowest possible price for the highest quality building.
My standard model is built with 16" on center spacing on the floor joists and walls , 58" T1-11 siding ( the best wooden siding available at over $35 per sheet ) , custom cut 2x6 roof rafters connected to a double 2x8 center beam, 34" pressure treated plywood flooring reinforced with blocking in between each 2x6 joist , 2 4x4 skids for easy transport, any color architectural shingles or metal roof, 5-6 ft. wide wooden double door, hurricane clips, double plated side walls , etc.. I can also install roll up doors, lofts, electrical , etc.. These sheds can also be customized for garages, living quarters , studios, etc..
Everything is built beyond code and permitting is available with 3 sets of signed and sealed engineering drawings. I work with the county and have never had a building fail for re-inspection and have had a minimum of 30 sheds inspected. I prefer to build on-site only at the moment.
From start to finish takes approximately 1-2 weeks depending on the size.
Some basic pricing which includes one 5 to 6 ft. wide wooden double door, 1 window( You pick door and window locations ) , any color shingle OR metal roofing is :

There is one other fee which i consider an "on-site build fee" which covers all materials delivery, concrete pavers for leveling , hurricane anchors and install , gas to and from the build site during building , etc.. Normally When I used to build the sheds on my lot and have them delivered the customer would pay the delivery fee and the same is said for the dealerships , although sometimes they just incorporate it into the price of the shed. I like to keep the cost to a minimum for my customers so this fee varies depending on where you are located. Call for an exact quote out the door. There is no other fee aside from this.
